I have never been so annoyed with a retail rep in my life - settle down with the &**%&^# upsell! The tea is fair quality, be it on the expensive side, but it seems impossible to shop at this establishment because of the bombardment of sales people telling you that you need to buy everything in the store just to have a cup of tea. I think I will continue to purchase my tea anywhere but here.
