STRONGSVILLE, Ohio -- Chipotle Mexican Grill is opening a new location at 17090 Royalton Road, Strongsville on March 23. The restaurant will have the brand's signature Chipotlane, a drive-thru pickup lane where guests pick up digital orders without leaving their cars. Guests here and at other locations can try the newly introduced Chicken al Pastor. According to a recent Menu Trends recent report, al pastor is among the fastest-growing Mexican dishes. The same report notes that 43 percent of consumers choose menu items that they cannot or do not easily make at home.
