STRONGSVILLE, Ohio Disturbance, Idlewood Trail: On March 31, an Idlewood Trail resident called police after feeling as though she was being harassed by a neighbor. An arriving officer talked to the neighbor regarding his cigar smoking. The man was advised of the complaint and agreed to take his cigar smoking elsewhere. Dog legged, Settlers Way: On March 31, a Settlers Way resident while carrying their dog fell down two steps in front of their home. The resident called 911 after realizing they may have broken their leg.
