STRONGSVILLE, Ohio – A vacant office building on Darice Parkway will remain empty, even though the city had awarded a grant for a Cleveland company to move there. Millcraft Paper Co., a distributor of paper, packaging and office supplies, was planning to move its headquarters from Grant Avenue to the Darice building, formerly the home of Darice Inc., an arts supply company owned by Strongsville developer Michael Catanzarite. 'We notified the city of Strongsville several weeks ago that we were not able to successfully negotiate a lease (with the office building owner), and therefore will not be moving to Strongsville,' David Hegeman, chief financial officer with Millcraft, told cleveland.
