STRONGSVILLE, Ohio Lunch box blues, Whitney Road: On Aug. 3, police were dispatched to a Whitney Road construction area regarding an incident involving a vehicle and equipment. An arriving officer learned the driver of a Hyundai Santa Fe while driving through the area hit a worker's lunchbox, which was on a striping machine.
