Felony arrests Hit and run — Sean J. Michael Barger, 32, of Strongsville, Ohio. Medford police arrested Barger Sunday on charges of hit and run to an injured person and hit and run causing property damage. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Sunday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Abelardo Ayala-Rubio, 30, of the 200 block of Shetland Drive, Grants Pass. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Ayala-Rubio Monday on warrants charging him with delivering methamphetamine and felony possessing less than an ounce of meth.
