STRONGSVILLE, Ohio Suspicious person, Southpark Center: On July 20, a Lyft driver went to the police station to report a suspicious rider. The man told the officer he picked up a man in Independence. The conversation during the drive consisted of the rider talking about his criminal history, drug use and money trouble.
