BEREA, Ohio – A Strongsville man, 63, was taken to Southwest General Health Center in Middleburg Heights at about 8 p.m. July 6 after he fell off a barstool in Polish Village, 365 Berea Street. The man was initially unconscious and had stopped breathing after falling in the bar, but as police were on the way, he started to move and breathe again. When police arrived, the man was still on the floor but was conscious, alert and breathing. He was pale and intoxicated. As paramedics treated him, he vomited three times.
